- 100% payment to be made two days before the shoot.
- Caravan, artist and crew vehicles & Generator vans to be parked outside the building at your own risk.
No parking at building basement floor.
Carrying lights, camera equipments, art department equipment, electrical equipment in the lift is prohibited.
Lift usage is subject to Bescom power availability.
Shooting to be carried out only at the designated area.
Shooting/filming of adult content in the entire premises is prohibited.
Shooting in cafeteria, entrance, work area, reception area is prohibited without prior permission.
Cooking is not allowed in the entire premises.
Cafeteria should be used only for food consumption.
Food Waste needs to be disposed to the dustbin only Alcohol consumption and smoking is not allowed.
Any damage to the property with intentionally or without intentionally to be compensated by the producer.
Entire premises to be vacated with all equipment / lights props well before the shift ending time.
